ABOUT OUR TEAM
William Rush is a 2006 graduate of the Villanova University School of Law. Following graduation, he clerked for Judge Jeffrey L. Schmehl of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Rush founded Rush Law Group in April, 2010, specializing in litigation, personal injury, divorce and custody, disability and corporate law. Mr. Rush is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the District of Columbia.
JAMIE R. HALL
Jamie R. Hall’s concentration is in Social Security Disability, Long Term Disability, Unemployment and Workers’ Compensation claims. Prior to founding his own Law Office, Jamie was employed by a large defense firm in Binghamton, New York, and a small plaintiff’s firm in greater Philadelphia.
Jamie’s experience includes representing Social Security Disability claimants before administrative law judges and the Appeals Council, including claims in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Connecticut, Virginia, Florida, Louisiana, California, Nevada, and Alaska. He has represented workers’ compensation claimants in both Pennsylvania and New York. Mr. Hall also regularly serves as an arbitrator for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, and has been appointed as an Associate Editor for the Montgomery County Law Reporter.
Mr. Hall is a graduate of Villanova University’s School of Law. While at Villanova, Jamie was an associate editor and published member of the Law Review. He also served as an intern under the late Senior Judge Charles Wiener of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Nicole M. Viscomi-Carr
Nicole Viscomi, a 2006 graduate of LSU Law School and a 2003 graduate of Temple University. Her areas of practice include family law, consumer law (including contracts, debt collection, foreclosure, and utilities), housing law, DUIs, and drafting of Estate packages. She lives in Easton with her husband, two sons, and her puppies.
